Duties Plan, develop, and update menus that reflect culinary trends, dietary requirements, and guest preferences Oversee food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize costs Enforce food safety protocols and hygiene standards to ensure compliance with health regulations Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely execution and high-quality offerings Skills Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments Proven supervisory experience leading kitchen teams effectively Expertise in food production, menu planning, and food handling procedures Strong knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and food service management principles Experience with banquet operations, catering services, and restaurant management Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams Familiarity with dietary department standards, food safety regulations, and hospitality best practices Skilled in kitchen management including shift coordination, inventory control, and quality assurance Proficiency in cooking techniques across various cuisines along with bartending skills as needed Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Chef where your culinary talents will shine!
