Job Description
Urban Water Construction Project Manager (M/F) What type of organization will you be working in? You will join a team specialized in water, environmental and energy sectors , working on projects related to the energy and ecological transition . As part of the development of its activities, our client is looking for an Experienced Urban Water Project Manager - Owner's Engineering / Construction Supervision (M/F) , based in Guyancourt (78) . You will work on construction and renovation projects for urban water infrastructure , from design studies through to construction supervision. What will your responsibilities be?
Your main responsibilities will include:
Carrying out and supervising Owner's Engineering / Construction Supervision (MOE) assignments for urban water infrastructure projects; Working on projects involving water networks and equipment, storage basins, wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs), and drinking water production units ; Carrying out and coordinating design studies and construction supervision; Planning and organizing your workload and anticipating the resources required for projects; Managing projects from a technical, financial and contractual perspective, while ensuring compliance with Quality, Cost and Schedule (QCD) objectives; Contributing to tender responses and business development activities; Proposing technical solutions and alternatives tailored to clients' needs; Contributing to the development of team members' skills; Monitoring technical and regulatory developments and contributing to internal working groups; Maintaining close relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction; Being proactive and providing clients with your technical expertise and advice . What profile and skills are we looking for?Education:
You hold a higher education degree in hydraulics, civil engineering or a related field .Experience:
You have at least 5 years of experience within an engineering consultancy, working as a Construction Supervision Engineer / Project Manager in the urban water sector. You have a strong understanding of urban water infrastructure projects and their technical and regulatory aspects, including water networks and equipment, storage basins, wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs), drinking water production units, etc.Skills:
You are recognized for your technical expertise , interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively within a team and bring people together. Autonomous and proactive, you also have strong consulting and client relationship skills .Salary and benefits:
