In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu development and food preparation to staff supervision and quality control. Your leadership will ensure that every dish served reflects excellence, creativity, and consistency, creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive restaurant management experience, a flair for fine dining, and a proven ability to inspire teams to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities Lead and manage the entire kitchen operation, including food production, service, and safety standards. Develop innovative menus that balance culinary creativity with operational feasibility, catering to diverse dietary needs. Supervise and mentor culinary staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and skill development. Oversee inventory management, control food costs, and ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed. Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen activities. Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless food service during all shifts, including special events such as banquets and catering functions. Monitor quality control measures to guarantee dishes meet high standards of presentation and taste before they reach guests. Requirements Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments. Proven supervisory experience managing kitchen staff in fast-paced settings. Experience in banquet services, catering, or large-scale event preparation is highly desirable. Knowledge of dietary accommodations, food safety protocols, and inventory control practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong understanding of food industry trends, menu planning, and kitchen management techniques.
