While the shop is closed, you will be the bridge between today and tomorrow—ensuring our kitchen is perfectly prepped, our glazes and fillings are made fresh, and our specialty donuts are beautifully finished for the next morning's rush. This role is ideal for anyone who loves hands-on kitchen work, thrives in a quiet and focused environment, and takes pride in presentation and clean workstations. Key Responsibilities Production & Donut Artistry (Primary Focus):
Finishing & Decorating:
Prepare house-made icings, glazes, and fillings from scratch. Frost, glaze, and decorate our signature and specialty donuts with high attention to detail.
Baking Prep:
Assist the baking team by scaling dry ingredients, prepping toppings, and organizing supplies for the upcoming morning bakes.
Order Staging:
Help organize, box, and pre-stage large custom, catering, or wholesale orders so they are ready for morning pickup or delivery.
Kitchen Upkeep & Sanitation:
Station Setup:
Ensure all bowls, utensils, and finishing stations are clean, stocked, and ready for the early morning frying shift.
Sanitation:
Maintain high health and safety standards. Wash dishes, clean and sanitize workstations, wipe down prep tables, and ensure the kitchen is left spotless.
Requirements & Qualifications Shift Hours:
Must be available for late-night shifts starting around 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM and finishing around 2:00 AM - 3:00 AM , including weekends.
Legal Age:

Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for the duration of a 6-to-8 hour shift and comfortably lift kitchen ingredients (up to 50 lbs).
Work Ethic:
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision, stay organized under deadlines, and maintain an extremely clean workspace.
