Chef de Partie (Line Cook) to join our Kitchen team.Who you are:

We are an owner-operated restaurant that makes almost everything in house from raw ingredients. Both Chef owners will be working here with you full time. We are fortunate to have an excellent, stable, and professional team. We are eager for you to join our team so we can work with you. In the back-of-house we seek to create one of the best learning environments in Wichita with a fun and modern menu that changes seasonally. You can take pride in that we make all of our pastas, bread, and just about everything in house, working with local producers where we can. Our backgrounds are in fine dining, and, while we will strive to create an upscale environment and sense of service, we want our guests to have a fun and relaxed experience. Similarly, we seek to create a work environment that is serious, but also rewarding, egalitarian, and free of harassment.
