Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management, restaurant management, and kitchen management, with a proven ability to create exceptional dining experiences. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for menu development, staff training, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting the needs of our diverse clientele. Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations. Lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff to foster a collaborative team environment focused on excellence in food preparation and presentation. Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize food quality while minimizing waste. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods, including banquets and special events. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area. Stay updated on industry trends and implement new techniques or dishes that enhance the dining experience. Qualifications Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the hospitality or food industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices. Experience with banquet preparation and execution is preferred. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and guests alike. A passion for cooking and creativity in menu design is essential. Bartending experience is a plus but not required.
