Duties Prepare and cook traditional Japanese ramen, ensuring authentic flavors and presentation standards are maintained Assist with ingredient preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing broths, and portioning noodles Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations Support the team during busy service hours by managing food handling and timely meal assembly Follow recipes and menu specifications precisely to ensure consistency in every bowl served Help with inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying management of stock needs Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel Skills Experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within the food industry or restaurant settings Strong knife skills and proficiency in handling various kitchen tools safely and efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Familiarity with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering practices related to Japanese cuisine or fine dining environments Previous experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus but not required Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills during high-pressure situations Passion for Japanese culinary traditions, especially ramen-making techniques, is highly valued Join us to bring authentic Japanese ramen to life!
