This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise. As a key leader in our hospitality operation, you will ensure that all banquet offerings meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. Your passion for food, leadership skills, and dedication to excellence will drive memorable events that delight our guests. Responsibilities Travel to venues in and outside of Lexington to assist with events. This position can include frying, grilling, carving onsite as well as assisting with plated events. Maintain strict compliance with food safety and sanitizing procedures to ensure a safe dining environment. Collaborate with event coordinators and service staff to deliver seamless service experiences for large groups. Ensure proper handling of all food items according to hygiene standards and industry best practices. Qualifications Proven banquet experience with a strong background in large-scale food production and catering services. Supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary environment, demonstrating leadership in team management. Extensive knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures. Experience in fine dining settings with a focus on presentation quality and culinary excellence. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment.
