Job Summary Deliver memorable culinary experiences for every event. The Banquet Chef oversees culinary production for catered events, ensuring timely execution, consistent quality, food safety, and outstanding guest experiences while coordinating closely with event and operations teams. Qualifications
- Culinary degree preferred
- 3-5 years banquet or catering leadership experience
- Experience executing large-scale events
- ServSafe® Certification preferred
- Knowledge of banquet production and food safety
- Inventory and scheduling experience Key Responsibilities
