Position Overview The Executive Chef will lead all culinary operations, setting the tone for creativity, precision, and execution. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of fine dining cuisine, sourcing, and kitchen management, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency. Key Responsibilities to Oversee all kitchen operations, including preparation, execution, and presentation Develop and refine menus with a focus on premium steaks, seafood, and seasonal offerings Source and maintain relationships with top-tier purveyors for meats, seafood, and produce Ensure consistency and excellence in every dish served Lead, train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold a high-performance culture Manage food and labor costs while maintaining quality standards Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Collaborate with ownership/management on concept evolution and guest experience Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in an upscale or fine dining establishment Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage costs without compromising quality Passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional guest experience Culinary degree preferred but not required with equivalent experience What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonuses Opportunity to lead a top-tier culinary program Supportive ownership with commitment to excellence Health, dental, vision, life insurance, critical illness, accident, and hospital indemnity benefits
