Sous Chef

Sous Chef LaRosa Hospitality Group LaRosa Hospitality Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a strong foundation in kitchen leadership who is looking to grow within a respected, family-owned hospitality group. We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment and is passionate about consistency, teamwork, and execution. Our Sous Chefs play a key role in supporting the Executive Chef, developing team members, and maintaining the high standards that define our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations and service execution Lead, train, and support line cooks and prep staff Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all menu items Uphold company standards, systems, and kitchen procedures Support scheduling, ordering, and inventory management Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Step into a leadership role during service and lead by example

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1+ year experience as a Sous Chef Strong background in a high-volume or upscale dining environment Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining consistency A proactive mindset with a strong work ethic and sense of ownership
