Monday-Friday | Day Shift | No Nights or Weekends About the Role We're looking for a skilled, hands-on Catering Chef to support and execute our corporate catering program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both preparing high-quality food and delivering well-executed catered events, ensuring every detail meets our standards. As a Catering Chef, you'll play a key role in food preparation, order execution, and event setup while maintaining a strong focus on quality, presentation, and food safety. You'll work closely with the Chef/Manager and team to deliver a seamless catering experience from kitchen to client. What You'll Do Prepare and execute catering orders according to specifications and company standards Assist with menu items including hot and cold foods (sandwiches, salads, entrées, etc.) Ensure all catering orders are packaged, delivered, and set up accurately and professionally Support the breakdown and cleanup of catering events Maintain proper food temperatures, presentation, and quality standards Assist with inventory, stocking, and organization of catering supplies and kitchen areas Operate kitchen equipment including slicers, mixers, grills, and other food prep tools Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines Support café and kitchen operations during non-catering periods Work across multiple stations as needed (grill, deli, prep, etc.) What We're Looking For Previous experience in catering, food service, or kitchen operations required Strong food preparation skills and attention to detail Ability to execute multiple orders in a fast-paced environment Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Strong communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Ability to lift, carry, and transport catering items and equipment Why You'll Love Working Here No nights or weekends — enjoy work-life balance Monday-Friday, steady daytime schedule One free meal per shift Supportive, team-oriented environment Competitive benefits and growth opportunities, including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Paid Time Off 401(k) with company match Training and advancement opportunities
