This is a hands-on role where you will support the day-to-day catering operation, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality food and service to all staff and guests. You will be involved in food preparation, service delivery, and hospitality support, ensuring all services run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

You will play a key role in maintaining excellent customer service, while ensuring full compliance with food safety, allergen management, and health and safety procedures. This role suits someone who is organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a busy environment, with a strong focus on delivering a positive client experience.

What you'll do:

Deliver outstanding customer service to all staff and visitorsSupport the Head Chef in food preparation, presentation, and serviceEnsure all catering and hospitality services meet company standardsMaintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and allergen managementAssist with stock ordering and ensure timely delivery of suppliesOversee end-of-day procedures and ensure cleaning standards are metMaintain a clean, safe, and organised working environmentSupport with hospitality and special events, including out-of-hours functionsPromote a positive company image at all timesReport incidents and ensure compliance with health & safety proceduresAssist with staff training and development where requiredWhat you'll bring:
