Chef
You will play a key role in maintaining excellent customer service, while ensuring full compliance with food safety, allergen management, and health and safety procedures. This role suits someone who is organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a busy environment, with a strong focus on delivering a positive client experience.
What you'll do:
Deliver outstanding customer service to all staff and visitorsSupport the Head Chef in food preparation, presentation, and serviceEnsure all catering and hospitality services meet company standardsMaintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and allergen managementAssist with stock ordering and ensure timely delivery of suppliesOversee end-of-day procedures and ensure cleaning standards are metMaintain a clean, safe, and organised working environmentSupport with hospitality and special events, including out-of-hours functionsPromote a positive company image at all timesReport incidents and ensure compliance with health & safety proceduresAssist with staff training and development where requiredWhat you'll bring:
Food Safety Level 3 (or above) qualificationStrong knowledge of health & safety and COSHH regulationsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment under pressureStrong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitudeAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamGood organisational and time management skillsWhy Sodexo?:
