We believe in delivering a high quality food, beverage and hospitality experience for our guests. We are now seeking experienced Sushi Chefs to join our team on his exciting phase of our development. A passion to deliver delicious food, memorable hospitality, and a drive to join an experienced team are critical attributes for the right candidate to possess. 1-2 years of Sushi chef experience is a must. We offer a competitive hourly rate based on experience Duties include:  Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items  Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.  Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.  Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.  Portions food products according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.  Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area and equipment.  Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.  Handles, stores and rotates all products properly.  Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.  Closes the Sushi bar properly and follows the closing checklist for Sushi stations. Assists others in closing the Sushi Bar.
Qualifications:
 A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sushi bar preparation.  Experience in French haute cuisine is a plus.  Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.  Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
