Because our guests expect perfection, every culinary creation we put out must be truly exceptional. Key Responsibilities

Culinary Execution:
Assist our core culinary team with high-level food preparation and event execution.

Plating & Presentation:
Plate dishes with absolute precision, ensuring world-class presentation for every guest.

Station Management:
Maintain high standards of speed, cleanliness, and organizational efficiency during busy event windows.

Safety & Sanitation:
Maintain immaculate food safety and sanitation metrics across all prep spaces. Ideal Candidate Qualifications

Experience:
Proven background as a trained chef or high-end banquet cook.

Skillset:
Strong knife skills, a deep understanding of scratch-cooking, and elite attention to detail.
