This is not a maintenance position. This is an opportunity to build systems, develop a team, establish standards, and create a kitchen culture focused on excellence, accountability, and consistency. We are seeking a leader who thrives in high-volume environments, leads by example, and understands that great food comes from disciplined execution every day. Responsibilities Lead daily kitchen operations and service execution Recruit, train, mentor, and develop culinary staff Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation standards Create and enforce systems for prep, production, sanitation, and organization Manage labor scheduling and staffing levels Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, and vendor relationships Control food costs, waste, and kitchen expenses Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations Work closely with ownership and management on menu development and operational improvements Foster a positive, professional, and accountable kitchen culture Qualifications Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary leadership experience Prior experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, or Executive Chef preferred Strong understanding of high-volume kitchen operations Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong knowledge of food cost controls, inventory management, and labor management Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment ServSafe Certification preferred What We're Looking For We are not looking for excuses.
