Duties Lead and manage the entire kitchen operation, including supervising culinary staff, ensuring efficient shift management, and maintaining a positive team environment. Develop innovative menus that reflect current food trends while aligning with brand standards and guest preferences. Oversee food production processes, ensuring high-quality food handling, preparation, presentation, and service. Manage inventory control and food management systems to minimize waste and optimize cost efficiency. Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and dietary department guidelines. Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service delivery. Monitor kitchen performance metrics, conduct regular staff training on culinary techniques, food safety, and service excellence. Experience Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining cuisine and restaurant management. Proven supervising experience leading diverse culinary teams in high-volume settings. Demonstrated expertise in banquet operations, catering, and large-scale event food production. Strong knowledge of inventory management, food handling procedures, and kitchen safety protocols. Experience in menu planning, shift management, and implementing innovative culinary concepts. Familiarity with dietary department standards and food service management best practices. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement in a hospitality environment.
