At Serenitee Restaurant Group, we're looking for a passionate, creative, and driven Pastry Chef to lead and elevate our dessert and bread program across our 9 unique restaurants. This is more than a pastry position—it's an opportunity to shape the culinary identity of an award-winning hospitality group. We're searching for someone who loves the craft, thrives on innovation, and gets excited about creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional desserts, artisan breads, and seasonal specialties. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Executive Pastry Chef, or similar leadership role Strong knowledge of artisan bread production, baking techniques, and dessert development Creativity balanced with operational excellence Passion for hospitality and a commitment to quality Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to manage production across multiple locations Experience training and developing culinary teams Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to continuously improve Benefits Competitive salary of $85,000 - $90,000, based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance with a generous employer contribution Paid time off Dining discounts across all Serenitee locations Professional development opportunities Supportive leadership team Why Serenitee? Requirements:
Create and develop innovative dessert menus and seasonal features for all restaurants Design, test, and implement artisan bread programs across multiple concepts Lead production standards, recipes, and presentation consistency company-wide Train, mentor, and inspire kitchen teams on pastry and bread techniques Source high-quality ingredients and maintain strong vendor relationships Monitor food cost, labor efficiency, and production processes Ensure the highest standards of quality, creativity, and execution Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously bring fresh ideas to the table Collaborate with Executive Chefs and culinary leadership on menu development and special events
