Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the culinary leader, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen management, and menu development, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and service. Your energetic leadership will inspire your team to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on innovation and guest satisfaction. Duties Lead and supervise all kitchen operations, including food production, food handling, and food safety protocols Develop innovative menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and elevate the dining experience Oversee inventory management and control to minimize waste and optimize food costs Manage staff scheduling, shift management, and team development to foster a motivated and cohesive culinary team Ensure compliance with health regulations, sanitation standards, and safety procedures across all kitchen activities Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation, maintaining consistency and excellence in every dish Implement training programs focused on culinary techniques, food safety, and customer service excellence Qualifications Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in restaurant management Proven supervising experience leading kitchen teams in high-volume settings Strong knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, inventory control, and food handling procedures Experience in menu planning, food production, and kitchen management with a focus on innovation and quality assurance Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage multiple priorities effectively Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable culinary experiences!
