Job Description
Executive Sous Chef
- Marriott Quincy Crescent Hotels & Resorts 85000.
What you will be doing:
Accountable for overall success of the daily kitchen operations. Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions. Works to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. Supervises all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced. Responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports. Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved. What you should bring to the table: A self-starting personality with an even disposition. The ability to communicate in English. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. The ability to plan and develop menus and recipes. The ability to apply basic supervisory skills to plan, organize, direct, coach, train and discipline, as necessary. A passion for food and great guest service!When you will be working:
Hotels are in operation 24/7 and schedules are based on business demands. The Executive Sous Chef will generally be expected to have flexibility with the schedule and work closely with the Executive Chef in meeting and exceeding the expectations of both our guests and fellow associates.
