In this hands-on role, you will prep and execute high-quality dishes ensuring seamless service during events. This position plays a key role in upholding our culinary standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and contributing to an efficient, team-driven kitchen environment. What We're Looking For Proficiency in prep, setting up cooking stations, and assembling menu items accurately according to standardized recipes while maintaining strong attention to detail from prep to plating Strong time management and adaptability under pressure. Able to manage service timing to successfully execute BEOs. Ability to stand for extended periods, work in fast-paced environments, and lift items up to 30+ pounds.
