CATERING SOUS CHEF
Greater Boston's number one catering company is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to help lead its culinary catering operations while assisting leadership in overseeing and executing next-level events. If you have a background in Luxury Hotels, Fine Dining, and/or High-End Catering we'd like to speak with you today!
CATERING SOUS CHEF BENEFITS

CATERING SOUS CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the executive chef, the executive sous chef, and the leadership team in the flawless execution of high-end catering food production Assure of exceptional quality, taste, and the presentation of all menu items Provide accountability to the team and make sure the standards are met Lead, mentor, and help develop a large team of professional culinarians
CATERING SOUS CHEF QUALIFICATIONS
Training or a degree from an accredited culinary institution preferred 2 to 4 years of experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, and/or high-end catering Must be an excellent communicator Ability to lead a team and train others Must be a creative and skilled culinarian
