• The Aviary We are seeking a professional Sous Chef with a passion to deliver above and beyond culinary experiences.

The Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef and culinary team with leadership skills to create a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications and Responsibilities Control food costs through accurate ordering and recipe engineering Schedule labor according to business volume Lead, direct and coach the kitchen staff to be their best Comprehensive knowledge of seafood Ability to follow all health codes and ensure that those codes are followed by all members of the kitchen team Oversee that all dishes are delivered to guests according to specifications Maintain a clean kitchen environment with delegated responsibilities Experience executing private events a plus
