Executive Chef Benefits & Compensation $95,000-$105,000 annual salary Monthly profit-sharing bonuses Comprehensive health insurance Paid time off Approximately 50-hour work week with two consecutive weekdays off Ongoing professional growth and advancement opportunities Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications Previous executive chef or senior kitchen leadership experience in a full-service restaurant Strong expo and service leadership skills Proven experience with food cost, labor management, and purchasing Excellent communication and organizational abilities Background in a structured, system-driven kitchen (corporate restaurant experience preferred) Executive Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead daily kitchen operations and supervise all culinary staff Direct service from the expo line, ensuring quality, timing, and consistency Maintain high standards for food preparation and presentation Train, coach, and develop team members for ongoing success Manage food cost, labor, inventory, and purchasing to achieve business goals Ensure strict compliance with sanitation and food safety standards Collaborate on seasonal menu updates and bi-weekly specials Foster a professional, positive kitchen culture and lead by example If you are a hands-on chef leader ready for a more balanced, rewarding role in a stable organization, this opportunity stands apart.
