We are looking for someone with strong sauté, grill, and fryer experience who can help direct the line and assist the chef with restaurant and function preparation in a fast-paced kitchen. Duties Work sauté, grill, and fryer stations Help direct and organize the line during service Assist the chef with daily kitchen operations Help prepare for private functions and events Ensure food quality, consistency, and timing Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Assist with prep, inventory, and kitchen organization Requirements Experience working sauté, grill, and fryer stations Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented Weekend and holiday availability required Ideal candidates will also possess dietary department experience, culinary experience in the food industry, and familiarity with catering or large-scale meal preparation.
