Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $22 - $22 / hour• What you'll be doing as a Pastry Chef:
Assist in the preparation and production of baked goods, including measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, and decorating finished products Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and sweeping and mopping floors Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and fulfilling orders Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and handling food in a safe and hygienic manner Available shifts: Shift timings - All Available Job requirements: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady Strong baking and pastry preparation skills required. Previous culinary experience in a commercial kitchen, bakery, catering, or food service environment. Experience supporting large-scale catering events and high-volume food production. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices.
