Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to lead BOH operations in our high-volume, scratch kitchen . You'll partner with FOH and BOH leaders to deliver consistent quality, inspire your team, and drive operational excellence. Practice and maintain high cleanliness and safety. Maintain par levels, ordering systems, and inventory control to manage food and labor costs effectively. Practice and support BOH cost control initiatives to hit P&L targets and budgets. Mentor and develop kitchen staff to build high-performance teams. Partner with FOH leadership to ensure seamless service between the kitchen and the dining room Develop an understanding of beverage offerings, including wine, to complement menu pairings. Represent and uphold values of authenticity, innovation, and leadership in every decision. What We're Looking For Proven recent work history, working in a high-volume, upscale, polished dining environment ($6M+ annual revenue). 3+ years in a stable, progressive work history and track record as a Sous Chef Strong BOH experience to include ordering, inventory, food & labor cost control. Creative problem solver with a calm presence under pressure.
