Overview Join our vibrant culinary team as a Sushi Chef, where passion meets precision in crafting exquisite sushi dishes that delight the senses. In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering authentic Japanese cuisine, showcasing your mastery of sushi preparation, knife skills, and presentation. Responsibilities Prepare a variety of sushi and sashimi with attention to detail. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation, ensuring timely service during busy hours Requirements At least 1 year experience as a Sushi Chef. Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, knife skills, and ingredient handling Experience with classroom management or teaching culinary techniques is a plus Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and inventory management
