This energetic leader will oversee all aspects of kitchen management, menu development, food quality, and team supervision. Duties Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth daily workflow and high-quality food production. Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining consistency and cost control. Supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and efficient team. Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service to ensure excellence in taste, appearance, and safety standards. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices. Coordinate banquets, and special functions with attention to detail and guest satisfaction. Enforce strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation procedures across all kitchen areas. Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery in fine dining environments. Monitor kitchen equipment maintenance and cleanliness to uphold operational efficiency. Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in food quality, staff development, and guest experience. Experience Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role within a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting. Extensive culinary background with strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning. Demonstrated supervisory experience managing diverse kitchen teams with effective leadership qualities. . Knowledge of inventory management systems, cost control strategies, and food safety protocols (including HACCP). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
