First Week of October We're looking for an experienced Seasonal Chef / Catering Chef to join our team and help us finish out our busy summer and fall season. This position offers a unique mix of restaurant and event work. Your primary responsibilities will be leading our pub-style restaurant kitchen while also working with our catering and events team to prepare and execute weddings, private events, and other catered functions. Responsibilities Prepare and serve quality pub-style meals in our restaurant. Help oversee daily kitchen operations. Assist with food ordering, inventory, and kitchen organization. Work alongside our catering team to execute weddings, banquets, and special events. Coordinate restaurant and catering schedules to ensure smooth operations. Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and food safety. Qualifications Previous experience as a chef or kitchen manager. Experience with catering or banquet service is preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. $20.00 - $27.50 per hour
