Full Job Description Job Overview:
ADORO is seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision of our restaurant and help create a refined dining experience inspired by the Adriatic coast and regional Italian cuisine. Our menu focuses on handmade pasta, seasonal ingredients, house-made focaccia, and elevated yet approachable hospitality. This role is ideal for a chef who values craftsmanship, creativity, strong kitchen leadership, and ingredient-driven cooking. The Executive Chef will oversee all back-of-house operations while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and kitchen culture. The ideal candidate has experience with scratch cooking, seasonal menu development, handmade pasta production, and Italian or Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. You will work closely with ownership and management to develop menus that reflect the ADORO brand while maintaining operational excellence, labor efficiency, and profitability.
