Job Responsibilities:
Prepare sushi, sashimi, and specialty rolls Maintain high standards in food quality and presentation Handle fish preparation (cutting, filleting, storage) Ensure kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety regulations Work efficiently with team members during busy hours ⸻
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of sushi-making experience Skilled with knife techniques and fish handling Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Able to work in a fast-paced environment Legal authorization to work in the U.S. ⸻
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Japanese restaurants Ability to create new or signature rolls Basic English communication skills ⸻ What We Offer; Competitive pay full week;$1200. Friendly and supportive work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement

$16.00 - $25.00 per hour
