Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sous Chef to lead and oversee our culinary and hospitality operations with enthusiasm and precision. This pivotal role demands a passionate leader who excels in team management, food service, and restaurant management, ensuring exceptional dining experiences across all facets of our establishment. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of culinary expertise, supervisory skills, and a strong background in fine dining, catering, and food safety standards. As an Sous Chef, you will drive operational excellence, foster a vibrant team environment, and elevate our culinary offerings to new heights. Duties Lead and supervise all kitchen and food service teams to ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to deliver exceptional dining experiences aligned with brand standards Manage inventory control, food handling procedures, and procurement processes to optimize costs and reduce waste Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with meticulous attention to detail and customer satisfaction Implement and uphold food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations and industry best practices Supervise staff scheduling, shift management, and training programs to cultivate a motivated and skilled team Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs while maintaining menu integrity Qualifications Proven experience in banquet operations, fine dining environments, or restaurant management with a focus on food production and service Demonstrated supervising experience with strong leadership capabilities in team management and staff development Extensive background in food industry roles such as culinary arts, kitchen management, or hospitality services Knowledge of inventory management systems, food safety standards, and food handling procedures Excellent skills in menu planning, catering coordination, and kitchen operations oversight Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards Strong communication skills complemented by a passion for delivering outstanding customer service Join us as an Sous Chef to lead our culinary team with energy, expertise, and innovation.
