Executive Chef Responsibilities:

• Work hand in hand with the kitchen team to ensure the delivery of quality products in both catering and the restaurants.
• Develop others, through training, coaching, and planning.
• Develop new menus and ensure consistency through creating standard recipes and ensuring the team uses proper techniques and skills.
• Responsible for all BOH financials including food costs, supplies, and labor costs.
• Work collaboratively with leadership and FOH teams. Executive Chef Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a upscale to casual dining with large banquet experience as well.
• Strong organizational skills, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Team player with the ability to take ownership of the situation.
• Valid Driver's license Executive Chef Benefits
• Competitive Salary of around 80k to 90k based on experience.
