Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. In this role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional menus, overseeing food preparation, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities Develop innovative menus that align with culinary trends and customer preferences while maintaining cost efficiency Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure consistency and excellence Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback to foster a motivated work environment Oversee inventory control and food management processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and health regulations across all kitchen activities Experience Proven experience in restaurant kitchens with a focus on food production and service management Supervising experience in a culinary environment with demonstrated leadership skills in team management and staff development Extensive background in dietary department operations, food handling, inventory control, and kitchen management practices Strong knowledge of menu planning, food safety regulations, catering logistics, and hospitality standards Hands-on cooking expertise combined with excellent organizational skills to oversee multiple responsibilities simultaneously Previous roles involving restaurant or food industry experience that showcase your ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality Join us as a Chef dedicated to culinary excellence!
