Prepare nutritious, well-balanced meals using high-quality ingredients, emphasizing flavor and presentation. Manage all aspects of food production, including ingredient sourcing, inventory control, and proper storage to ensure freshness and safety. Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols and sanitation standards throughout all phases of food handling and preparation. Coordinate meal schedules, ensuring timely delivery of meals that meet the client's daily nutritional needs. Oversee kitchen operations, including supervising any assistants or helpers, managing shift schedules, and ensuring efficient workflow. Monitor inventory levels regularly, place orders as needed, and control costs to optimize food management practices. Skills Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in nutrition-focused cooking and fine dining techniques. Proven supervisory experience in kitchen or food service settings, demonstrating leadership and team management skills.
