Job Opening:
Chef | AMFM HealthcareAMFM Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef to join our team at our private adolescent residential treatment facilities called Mission Prep Healthcare. In this vital role, youll help nourish clients on their journey toward recovery by preparing delicious, well-balanced meals in a supportive and therapeutic environment. This position will work under our Head Chef.
Location:
Minnetonka, MN. This position will be required to travel to our various facilities in the area to deliver meals.
Status and Compensation:
Full-Time | Hourly | Non-Exempt | $28-$32/hour.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm. (40 hours)ABOUT USMission Prep is an adolescent specific treatment program under the AMFM Healthcare family. What Youll Do:
As our Chef, you'll make daily meal preparation and kitchen operations while ensuring that all meals meet dietary and safety standards especially for individuals with specialized nutritional needs, including eating disorders.
You will be responsible for:
Preparing and serving lunch and dinner daily for clients and staffCoordinating meal delivery across multiple residential sitesGuiding breakfast and weekend meal service proceduresMaintaining kitchen safety and sanitation standardsAdapting meals to accommodate individual dietary restrictionsManaging food inventory, purchasing, and expense reconciliationCreating weekly menus that are both nutritious and satisfyingKeeping a respectful and positive attitude with clients and staffEnsuring compliance with all county, state, and ServSafe standards
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED requiredValid Food Handlers Certification (ServSafe Manager Certification preferred)Possess valid drivers license with ability to be insured by our auto insurance policy which includes, but not limited to, the following requirements: 4 continuous years of driving experience, 21 years of age or older, less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years.
