Key Responsibilities:

Preparing, marinating, stacking, and slicing meat for German-style doner kebabs. Maintaining speed and quality during high-volume peak hours. Ensuring strictly clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen standards. Working collaboratively with the kitchen staff.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Doner, Gyro, or Shawarma Chef/Cook. Ability to handle professional doner cutting tools/knives efficiently. Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic. Candidates of Hispanic / Mexican or Turkish background preferred.
