Job Description

SOUS CHEF
Crossroads Hotel, Kansas City, Missouri Reports to Executive Chef, position is exempt Lead a dynamic, professional culinary team in the beautiful Crossroads Hotel. As a Sous Chef, you will collaborate with the culinary leadership team to develop and expertly prepare dishes and recipes. Work in a respectful and progressive environment that values what people bring to the team.
