Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate the dining experience for our guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise, oversee food production, and manage kitchen operations in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, extensive culinary experience, and a commitment to food safety and quality. As a Chef, you will be instrumental in creating memorable meals, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring smooth food service operations that delight our guests every time. Duties Lead and supervise the entire kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency with quality standards Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste Plan menus that align with dietary requirements, seasonal ingredients, and customer preferences Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain rigorous hygiene standards across all kitchen areas Coordinate catering events, banquets, and fine dining service to deliver exceptional culinary experiences Supervise shift management, including scheduling staff, monitoring performance, and providing training on food handling and safety procedures Experience Proven experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in culinary arts and restaurant management Extensive banquet experience with the ability to oversee large-scale food production for events Supervising experience leading kitchen teams in fast-paced settings Knowledge of dietary department standards and dietary restrictions management Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, food service management, and catering operations Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Familiarity with food safety protocols, HACCP standards, and kitchen equipment operation Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings with a focus on high-quality food presentation and service excellence Join us as a Chef where your culinary talents will shine!
