As a key player in our hospitality environment, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen management, and food service operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents and leadership skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused, Hotel setting. Duties Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and service delivery Develop and plan innovative menus that align with restaurant standards and customer preferences Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail and quality assurance Train team members on food handling, preparation techniques, and service standards Oversee shift management, ensuring smooth operations during busy periods while maintaining high-quality service Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and restrictions Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment conducive to safe food handling and efficient workflow Requirements Proven culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining and catering environments Demonstrated supervisory experience leading kitchen teams effectively Extensive knowledge of food production, menu planning, and kitchen management principles Experience in banquet settings and large-scale food service operations Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Familiarity with inventory management, food safety standards, and HACCP protocols Excellent cooking skills across various cuisines and techniques Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of hospitality industry best practices including restaurant management, shift coordination, and customer service excellence Experience with bartending or beverage service is a plus but not required Join us as a Chef where your culinary artistry will inspire memorable dining experiences!
