  • collaborate with executive chef / owner on creating seasonal menus that are representative of our companies branding and vision
  • execute events without the supervision of the executive chef / owner (coursed dinners, appetizer + hors d'oeuvre events, private events in clients homes, corporate events)
  • oversee team members scheduled to work events to consistently maintain our commitment to excellence + representation of the company
  • foster professional relationships with clients to create an environment that will lead to repeat business + referrals
  • maintain a clean work-space + maintain order + discipline during work hours job requirements
  • knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, procedures, kitchen terminology + plating skills
  • attention to detail and ability to replicate menu items consistently
  • able to handle high-stress situations with grace, accuracy + professionalism
  • ability to interact with clients and guests in a professional + friendly manner based on clients level of desired interaction skills
