Job Overview Masala Theory is hiring a Kitchen Chef to handle daily kitchen work. The main duties are cutting vegetables, prepping ingredients, cooking, keeping the kitchen organized, and completing orders during service. Pizza preparation is simple, using prepared ingredients. Responsibilities

• Wash, cut, portion, and organize vegetables and other ingredients.
• Prepare sauces and fillings, and prepare and cook chicken and beef safely.
• Prepare and assemble bowls, wraps, and simple pizzas following our recipes.
• Keep ingredients labeled, stocked, and ready for service.
• Handle kitchen orders efficiently and work with the team during busy hours.
• Follow portion sizes, food safety rules, and proper food handling procedures.
• Keep the kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. Requirements
• Kitchen cooking and food preparation experience.
• Comfortable with cutting, prepping ingredients, and handling daily kitchen work.
• Reliable, punctual, clean, and organized.
• Able to work efficiently during busy hours and work well with the team.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed.
• Specialist pizza experience is not required.

No pizza dough making is required. Pay $15 to $16 per hour
