  • 27.00 per hour Subsidized Housing Available An exceptional luxury resort in Big Sky, Montana is seeking experienced culinary professionals to join its team. We are currently hiring for Cook II and Chef de Partie positions , with compensation ranging from $23.00

00 per hour Subsidized housing available Free meals Free uniforms and uniform cleaning Healthcare benefits 401(k) retirement plan with company matching Hotel discounts Ongoing community outreach events Associate events throughout the year Responsibilities Depending on the position, responsibilities may include: Prepare high-quality hot and cold dishes according to established standards Coordinate with other kitchen team members to ensure timely preparation and execution of food orders Collaborate with the culinary team to meet production goals and maintain smooth kitchen operations Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and attention to detail Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with health and safety standards Assist with training and supporting kitchen team members Chef de Partie candidates may supervise and mentor cooks and other kitchen staff Monitor inventory and supplies as required Contribute to an exceptional guest dining experience Qualifications Minimum 1
  • 3 years of professional cooking experience in a standalone restaurant or hotel Knowledge of culinary techniques and cooking methods Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Luxury hotel experience is a plus Ideal Candidate You are passionate about food, take pride in producing consistently high-quality dishes and enjoy working as part of a professional culinary team.
