Your leadership will ensure that every breakfast service runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. Responsibilities Lead and manage the breakfast kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment through effective supervision and leadership. Oversee food production processes, ensuring all breakfast dishes meet quality standards, presentation expectations, and dietary requirements. Plan and develop innovative breakfast menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs, incorporating trending ingredients and culinary techniques. Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations across all kitchen operations. Manage inventory control and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing waste; oversee food handling and storage procedures. Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery during busy morning hours and special catering events. Supervise shift management activities, including scheduling, training new staff, and monitoring performance to uphold operational excellence. Requirements Proven experience in banquet catering, fine dining establishments, or high-volume restaurant kitchens with a focus on breakfast or brunch service. Demonstrated supervising experience with a strong background in team management and leadership within the food industry. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, inventory control, and food safety protocols. Familiarity with dietary department practices and accommodating various dietary restrictions or preferences. Strong background in food production, catering services, restaurant management, and menu planning for breakfast or brunch menus. Hands-on experience in food service management including shift coordination, kitchen operations, and customer service excellence.
