Requirements:

6+ years of culinary leadership experience within scratch kitchen restaurant operations. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with seasonal, scratch kitchens and locally sourced ingredients preferred. Proven ability to manage food and labor costs while maintaining high culinary standards. Culinary Degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all day-to-day culinary operations for both restaurant locations. Lead, mentor, and develop BOH management teams, chefs, and line staff while fostering a positive and accountable culture. Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, sanitation, and execution across both concepts. Collaborate with ownership and leadership teams on seasonal menu development, specials, and culinary innovation.
