We are open Tuesday - Sunday, 11:00 AM-10:30pm (until 11pm Fri/Sat). Curate's pastry program features a rotating selection of four to five desserts. Dishes are seasonal, often inspired by riffs on regional Spanish flavors, and include multiple components and textures. Everything is made fresh in house under the direction of Pastry Chef Andrew Buie and Executive Chef Angel Palacios. The ideal candidate will be available to work weekend, evening and day shifts, and be interested in a position that offers the variety of daytime pastry prep shifts and evening service shifts. They'll maintain a professional attitude and appearance, and demonstrate speed, efficiency, flexibility, and cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities:

Follow the prep list created by chefs to plan duties Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking Prepare baking ingredients Undertake basic cooking duties Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen Ensure all food and other items are stored properly Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines work with team members in an open kitchen prep, cook, assemble, and plate outstanding dishes Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
