Your expertise will contribute to maintaining our reputation for excellence in Japanese cuisine while fostering a lively and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding food and service. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble a variety of sushi dishes with consistency, artistry, and attention to detail Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene in all work areas Select fresh ingredients and ensure proper storage to uphold quality standards Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours Assist in menu development by suggesting innovative sushi options and presentation techniques Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management promptly Educate junior staff on sushi preparation techniques and best practices Qualifications Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role in a fast-paced culinary environment Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sushi techniques, and ingredient handling Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in food presentation Experience working in a team-oriented environment with positive communication skills University experience is considered a plus, demonstrating a background in hospitality or culinary arts Passion for continuous learning and culinary innovation Join us to bring vibrant flavors and artistry to life through sushi!
