$95K-$105K + 10% performance bonus

Standard benefits; relocation assistance available The Executive Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in leading all culinary operations for a premier steakhouse in Charlotte, bringing hands-on leadership and culinary expertise to a high-volume, fine dining environment. This role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and kitchen efficiency while developing a talented culinary team in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting. Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or senior culinary leader within an upscale or fine dining steakhouse or similar high-volume restaurant environment Strong culinary expertise in premium cuts, butchery, and steakhouse-driven menu execution with the ability to maintain consistency and quality across all kitchen operations Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop culinary teams while supporting the Executive Chef in driving operational excellence and financial performance Responsibilities Support the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and execution that aligns with the restaurant's premium brand standards Assist with menu development, prep planning, inventory management, and cost control to maintain efficient and high-quality kitchen operations Lead, mentor, and develop kitchen staff while fostering a culture of culinary excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Pay:
$95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
