At least 2+ years of cooking experience in all facets of the kitchen, including but not limited to, grill, wok, salamander, fryer, and sauté Job is full time 40-55 hours with overtime pay. 1 + year of experience in managing a kitchen Sous Chef responsibilities include Working together with head chef and leading the team when head chef is absent Overseeing food preparation and production Creating new menu including recipes and plating Ensuring adherence to quality, recipe, and presentation of each dish leaving the kitchen to M Restaurant standards Managing and training of kitchen personnel Ordering Organizing and receiving products Organizing, cleaning, maintaining kitchen equipment Other responsibilities including but not limited to security, and communication.
